>3 arena bullet tournaments 

>1st, 2nd and 3rd of each tournament gets entered into the raffle 

>no repeat winners, 9 individuals will be entered and then a random user will who played in the tournaments will also be entered. 

>10 individuals entered, winner is chosen by random wheel elimination, as in we put the 10 names on a random wheel spin, if your name gets picked you're out, until we get to the last name, that's the winner. 

Will maybe do the tournament this weekend, thoughts ?
