Things you should know before reading on, that i think i need to add from personal experience:

I probably wont accept a challenge if i dont somewhat know you, am not friends with you on here, or have never seen your profile. And i try to accept most challenges from people who i do know or am friends with, but a little side note: unrated is preferred (honestly, i dgaf about my rating, but yk its kinda feels unfortunate when it goes down…its already low enough), and if I still dont accept its either because im busy or know i dont have time to currently play you.
If your gonna send me a friend request, I usaully only accept if your friends with someone im friends with on here and/or (well about 99% of the time) in a club i’m in (now that doesn’t mean go join a random one that im in, but if are gonna….i’d very highy recommend joining stockfish fans.) Please dont take any of that personally, and yeah, I guess thats it, for now….

hi! My name is eakta - pronounced ek-ta for those who care - and I'm your not very average middle schooler. I live in Texas, moved from Washington - the state, not d.c. which is a common misunderstanding.

Anyways, a little bit about me is that, I have 2 brothers, an older and younger, so I'm the middle child :( 0 pets, even though I like cats more than my brothers, and I can tolerate rude people, those times are very interesting :) I'm also an ex-gymnast (I can still do the splits and a round-off, backhandspring, back-tuck on a trampoline though) and I love playing volleyball, reading - well sometimes - listening to music, and being around my friends from irl - y’all know who u r :)

I’m also a really big fan girl, and pretty much love all the popular artists like Taylor swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Tate mcrae, and Katy Perry. And I went to

The Lifetimes Tour - Katy Perry - on 5/22/25 (btw that was literally the best night ever)

I would’ve gone to all the other artists concerts but they were all on a school night and rly late

so another reason we don't love school here. And although i don't like school, studying, or listening to teachers lecture about something there required by state to teach, I am really smart (NOT at chess though) I take an advanced math class where we learn things like 2 grades ahead, its a program where students are identified (so there's no application, and you have to be chosen by the Acedemic Services department based on ur assessment history) I'm 1/6 of the girls in our grade who are in that program/class. I take all honors classes/or advanced ones that u have to be selected for and have a 4.0 gpa -and yeah, ik that for some reason -

Aside from all that, I also have an account on Instagram with almost 700 followers and am usually a really outgoing person, so if u ever need someone to talk to, or just for fun cuz your bored lemme know.

bullet - 1000 by the May cuz bullets my specialty

rapid - 750 by summer since I almost never play rated in rapid

blitz - 600 by the end of the year because i’m just gonna say it, blitz is terrible and if I could never play it ever again I would never play it.
