Parkour is life. Tri-State parkour champion 2008-2019. I brought Parkour to the area. 2008 was our first big event, the last several years, I'd say 20016-19, were honorary trophies. The kids (20 somethings) these days are amazing. As an example, I never did back flips during competition…they all do. Today I am only involved but cannot compete with the kids anymore, even for fun. I still run and practice, always will GLW-illing. 🙂

Hello Cc. My name is Frank. I am a lifetime wood pusher, as in I have the same story of a million others. I learned chess from the old man as a child, played a little as a kid. About 20 years ago, I must have been 26 or so, and then found online chess. I have wasted far too much time playing online, but I do enjoy the game (love it, in fact). I would post my FIDE rating here but the system does not allow space for 5 digits.

I've been around US most of my life. Some cities/areas I recommend visiting for various reasons are…Philly, Boston, Twin Cities, both KC and MN, Salem, NC and the Gulf Coast, Northern CA. Once in NorCal you may as well visit Seattle, take a peek in Canada if you wish and are able. Alaska is worth a visit but not for every body. Brrr. The Northeast is great for historic reason and the Northwest for all us aesthetes, not that NE isn't beautiful. The Appalachian area is fantastic to say nothing of architecture up that way.

I've a nephew called Loose Cannon, though he has come a long way. When he was very young the name fit, but today this young man is well oiled, tightly fitted in the extreme, and as disciplined as any other cannon. Now that I think about it, the quote “bro, you are a loose f***ing cannon!!” during a rather volatile incident of self defense that could have actually been disastrous, but ended superficially, was 16 years ago. My, my, how time flies. But the name stuck.
