I play rated over the board chess weekly at the Denver Chess Club.

I took a 30 year hiatus from playing chess and just started playing rated games again this summer of 2025. My father was my high school chess coach, and after he passed away last year, I decided that I would start playing again.

My current coach is national master Solomon Ruddell, and he has been fantastic and helping me improve my game.
