I read earlier on Susan Polgar's blog about parents who started a club just because "for the love of chess". Is it really a big deal? No, I don't think so. Maybe she doesn't have something to blog about or - she knows them quite well and wants to support/promote their club. I started 3 chess clubs over the past 10 years - the most recent one about 2 months ago. My first club is still going strong ... in South Africa. - if you have people and they want to do things "for the love of it" - then you will have hundreds of chess clubs all  over the world and I do believe there are many people who do that "for the love of chess". - just my thought for the day - and can't wait to see Anand this Saturday in action... and I'm thinking to starting more clubs - for the love of it. [lol] - on a serious note...busy starting an ICT-club - for the love of ICT. [btw ;) ]
