My Chess Books Vol - 9: Winning With The Smith-Morra Gambit by Graham Burgess
As far as well-rounded chess books go, this one is great! It is a part of Batsford Chess Library. This book is not written for the beginner, nor is it written for a Grand Master. It sits in the very powerful middle where the theory and the pleasure of chess converge. My copy did cost me $10.00 used, but it is worth it, besides I think that this book was a part of a mail order library. For my copy that equals to absolutely no wear and tear even though the book is 20 years old. I do recommend it!
