2019 Arnold Denker Florida State Championship

The beautiful city of Palm Beach Gardens is home to this year's Arnold Denker Florida State Championship, run under USCF affiliates Palm Beach Chess and Florida Chess Association, at the Marriott hotel. The Denker Open tournaments began in 2008, held annually, shifting to Florida as it's host state since 2011.
Who is he?
GM Arnold Denker was born in Bronx, New York on February 20, 1914. He started chess at the young age of 8, winning multiple championships and titles throughout his career:
NYC Individual Interscholastic in 1929 (1st), US Open in Philadelphia in 1936 (2nd), NY State Championship 1938 & 1939 (1st), US Championship in NY in 1942 (3rd), *US Chess Championship in 1944 (1st), US Chess Championship in 1946 (1st), IM title in 1950, and "honorary GM" in 1981, peak rating USCF 2575.
*Most notably, in the 1944 US Chess Championship, GM Denker's score is the second best score with W14/L0/D3 (91%), just under Robert Fischer's perfect score.
Why was the tournament made?

Today, the tournament holds the Classical, Quick, and Blitz Championships, which allows all kinds of players to compete in their preferred speed, also with titles and norms up for grabs, and the rare FIDE rated top section opportunity.
The Arnold Denker State Championship is the best Florida tournament to attend.
