Dear Chess Friends!

Have you ever sacrificed material being unable to calculate all the lines and be sure that you can gain material back or checkmate? As for me, it happened several times. Some of these sacrifices were just positional sacrifices, but others were intuitive. What does "intuitive sacrifice" mean? It's just a sacrifice that can't be calculated.

And it's very often when such a sacrifice is unsound and a chess player takes a decision to sacrifice because of his subjective assessment of the position. And, of course, you must admit that periodically, especially, in unfamiliar positions we can't evaluate them properly. That's why such an intuitive sacrifice can result even in a loss.

Would you like to learn when and how to trust your intuition before taking a decision to sacrifice or not? This is what I'm going to teach you in my next webinar.

Welcome to my next 57th webinar "Intuitive Sacrifice" where I'll explain how to realize that the position is ready for the intuitive sacrifice and, of course, illustrate everything by examples of GMs' games. Mikhail Tal was the greatest intuitive player who sacrificed material in many games (sometimes even these sacrifices were unsound) and that’s why I decided to add his game to our agenda!

The games played by top grandmasters I'm going to demonstrate on the webinar (and, of course, explain the ideas behind their moves):

  • Konstantin Sakaev - Sergei Rublevsky
  • David Navara - Josef Pribyl
  • Evgeny Vladimirov - Mikhail Tal

Come to the webinar, improve your intuition, and win more games with sound sacrifices!

The webinar starts on Sunday (22nd of November) at 9 a.m. (EST), 2 p.m. (GMT), 5 p.m. (Moscow time). This webinar is free.
