This one is Caitano De Melo, who hails variously from England or India.  https://www.chess.com/members/view/CaitanoDemelo

I posted this in one of his many complaint topics:

Caitano Demelo, why do you have multiple accounts?

This is also you: https://www.chess.com/members/view/demelo12378

Why do you pad your rating with these fraudulent 0-, 1-, and 2-move games? Is this not a form of cheating?

I pointed out just a few of the irregularities.

He sent me a message, 1) claiming the "Caitano Demelo" using the "demelo12378" account was his brother," 2) demanding I remove my comment, and then 3) blocked me!

My response is this:

Your explanation that the duplicate account is your brother's is quite weak.  Your brother also uses your given name?

demelo12378

Caitano Demelo

India

And even if that is the case, it does not explain all of the short losses which benefitted your account.  Can your "brother" not use his own name?  The account is active and joining new teams, so "brother" is around.  And "brother" seems to lose an awful lot of very short games - why is that?

Please do report the issue to staff.  I am sure the manipulation of ratings will interest them.
