1). Tactics Trainer - 25/day. For the tactics you get wrong, analyze them and right down the ideas you have missed. Review them over time and the main ideas you tend to be missing:

2). Opening Explorer - Learn two e4 openings per day and write down the ideas behind them:

3). Drills - Attempt 2 drills per day: Starting with attacking drills only. Don't play all the way through them. Play up to the point where you have a clear and crushing advantage against the computer:

4). Chess Mentor - Start with this course, and do 5 lessons per day from it:

5). Games - Play no more than 1-2 chess games on chess.com every other day or so, and use the computer analysis to get an analysis of critical moments in the game.
