GFE Christmas Special ft Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

GFE Christmas Special ft Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Dec 23, 2017, 10:11 PM 6

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting much. With Christmas just around the corner I've been a tad busy but not enough to not share some recipes with y'all. We are going to make oatmeal craisin cookies. These are sooo easy to make and taste really good...better than your average oatmeal cookies.

12 tablespoons of butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp of salt

3/4 tbsp vanilla

1 cup white sugar

3/4 cups brown sugar

1 1/4 cup flour

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 egg

3/4 cup of craisins (I used dried cranberries...you can also use raisins but they won't be as good)

What To Do:

Melt the butter but don't let it get to hot that it' could cook something. Add in egg, both sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.

Mix in your flour with the previous mixture. Once mixed, stir in the oats.

Take a baking sheet and place a ball of cookie mixture on to it...you can use a spoon to help you. Place in the oven at 350° for 15 minutes. If they seem slightly gooey don't worry...it'll harden when it cools.

Recipe was a recipe of a recipe...Cooking Comically had found this recipe from somewhere and gave it his own slight twist.
