ATTENTION: I do not remember the full recipe so there might be something left out that I do not know about...when I am free I will check and make any corrections if there are any...just a heads up for you guys.

Hey guys! I know Thanksgiving is over but for future use here's a recipe for sweet potatoes with marshmallows. You can use this recipe for regular everyday dinner...just take out the marshmallows.

This is intermediate cause you use the broiler. You don't need to but if you're in a rush then it's fast. The only problem is that the broiler will ruin your dish if you look the other way for a second...you gotta be looking at those darn potatoes at all time!!!

Ingredients-eyes on you....use organic products!!

Sweet potatoes- use how many u need... remember the rest of the ingredients will need to be changed to accommodate the amount of potatoes you'll be using.

Under 2/3 cups of brown sugar-for me I used maybe two or three tablespoons but then my dish was smaller...if you're using marshmallows cut back on the brown sugar too

Some pinches of salt-use iodize

Coconut oil or Olive oil 

Nutmeg

(Optional)Marshmallows-they can be big or small

The How To:

Peel and dice your potatoes. 

Oil your baking pan with coconut or Olive oil. Place diced potatoes on the pan. Sprinkle your brown sugar and pinch of salt over the potatoes. Add a crack of nutmeg. Toss the potatoes so they can get coated all over.

Stick in oven at 400° for 40 minutes or at 350° for 50 mins....basically until the potatoes are soft.

Take out of oven and stick your marshmallows if you want them. If you want to be brave...stick them in the boiler for less than 1 minute....DO NOT LEAVE!!!! If you want to play safe...stick potatoes back into the oven at 400° or 350° and just watch for the tops of the marshmallows to become golden brown probably around 3 minutes...more or less.

Wait a couple of minutes to cool and then serve. Have fun experimenting and enjoy!!
