The training of an athlete with a view to the high competition must be carried out uniformly, that is, without any of the skills to be developed in athletes lagging; even if we try, we will always have outstanding traits known as strengths, while those delayed practices are known weaknesses.

Therefore the workouts must be configured taking as a base element the maximum strengths and weaknesses of the athletes in particular.

A useful and common methodology is to take advantage of the highest sporting performance moments of our trained, to work with its weaknesses, since the results obtained by it, will give an additive to its volitive field, to face and overcome the loads where it possesses less dexterity.

For example, a player who has a strong point in the middle of the game and is weak in the finals, we must start working on his strength, and he will contribute to the development of his lagging skills, and then elevate his technical level with the improvement of results in competitions we will be able to work his fragile points since in reality the weaknesses and strengths, they are never far away from each other in practice and the improvement of one of these skills always positively influences the other aspects of the game.
