Signups are now open for our 3 round July League Qualifier and Tournament Series to begin on Monday, July 10, 2017.

Double your chances in July! This month, winners of both Open and 1-2 Swiss sections will earn invitations to the 2017 SCL League Championship!

 

Negotiated Time Tournaments

New players can sign up for our 3 round League Qualifier. You must be a member of the Dan Heisman Learning Center to be included. Then go to slowchessleague.org and register to get started. You don’t have to win a game to qualify. Just follow the rules and complete the tournament.

Traditional OTB Style

Open Swiss G/45+45

Open Swiss G/90+30

SCL Fair Play

Swiss 1-2 G/45+45

Swiss 1-2 G/90+30

Special for July - Double your chances! Winners of our 1-2 Swiss sections this month earn invitations to the 2017 SCL League Championship

 

Signups will close at 22:00 League Time on Friday, July 7. Go to slowchessleague.org to get in on the fun.

 

Live Tournaments!

SCL Live Club Tournaments are scheduled every day! Join us at 20:00 LT / New York every day for 3 rounds of G/25+10. Or play 3 rounds of G/25+10 at 14:00 LT / New York on Monday thru Friday. Then on Saturday or Sunday try 3 rounds of G/45+5 at 13:00 LT / New York. You must be a Slow Chess League club member and use V3 to see and join our live tournaments. The top 5 finishers in our new 2017 Live Grand Prix (who are also qualified players) will earn invitations to the 2017 SCL Championship.

Now you can also join our new sister club, Live Club Tournaments, for even more action.
