For historical purposes, Marion Tinsley was the world champion checkers player. Lost five games to humans in a 45 year career. Mr. Tinsley lost two games to a computer, but beat the computer to win the match.
I know this is Chess.com - not Checkers.net - but I'm exploring backup plans for how to use the chess set I have in case things don't work out between my brain and this chess game.
