This game had some important lessons for me. I had the upper hand in this game and lost it. Why? Several reasons, I miscalculated the checks needed for checkmate, forgot the purpose to a lopsided exchange and a poor pawn move. I know exactly where I lost control of the board. The game came down to black's queen and bishop barrelling down on top of me with black seemingly having the win. However, I saw the weakness in black's attack allowing me to create a very deadly pin which if I hadn't seen I would have lost. I'm pretty proud of that move which you will see. So here's my game with a bunch of mistakes and some nice moves. Constructive criticism is appreciated. Douchebag comments you can keep.
