Learning openings through my own mistakes

Learning openings through my own mistakes

Last tuesday was another round of the Manhem Club Championship. A tournament played in the evenings, in which I so far have an awful score. Just one win out of seven rounds, with at least two Points lost because of missed, but quite simple, tactics in the end.

I seem to play much worse in the evenings, which is bad for this specific tournament. And in this game I faced a player who is slightly higher rated than me, and we ended up playing an opening that I am not very used to face. I blundered in the middlegame, but actually repaired my honor a bit in the endgame.
Anyway, here it is. Next time I might post a game where I actually played well. I have those moments too.
