Officially underneath the P

If you play against the free chess program that comes with Mac OS, you will notice that there is a little slider for the difficulty level with the text "Computer Plays" above it.  Since the text is the only obvious marker around the slider, it is the only way to adjust how far you have come along the slider (the slider itself resets itself every blue moon, so I use the text as a landmark to remember where it was placed before to mark progress).  Today I finally beat the computer after putting the slider underneath the P in "player"! A BIG milestone in my chess career, if you will.

It's amazing how many different things you see after practicing for along time.   A couple weeks ago I had a lot of trouble with this level. Now, I look at this game and wonder how I ever lost to it!
