Schmid Benoni: Repertoire Preparation

I would encounter Schmid Benonoi starting with 1.e4 with the following move order:

1.e4 g6 2.d4 Bg7 3. Nf3 c5 4.d5

Since I don't play open sicilian, I will have to prevent Black from playing cxd4, and therefore enter Schmid Benoni. From this particular position, Schmid Benoni has vanished from top level play - mainly because of the following game:
