Polgar Reflections

In my daily Polgar exercises, I came across a nice theme which I got incorrect.

Position 2145 Mate in 2

I had chosen 1. Kf8 which I thought would unleash a powerful double check. I failed to see that 1. ... Qb4 both attacks the Bishop and gives check.

Instead 1. Kg8 is deadly! If the Black Queen remains on the a2 to g8 diagonal then Rf8 gives mate (allowed possible by the White King moving to the g-file.

Otherwise any Black Queen move allows Ra5 or Rd8 with a double check.
