Have you ever heard of the word crossfire? It's a game for one, and it's the name of ATI's graphics techonology. Here's what Answers.com has to say:
- Lines of fire from two or more positions crossing each other at a single point: soldiers caught in crossfire.
- A confrontational situation in which opposing factions, forces, views, or opinions converge: “caught in the crossfire in a battle over Internet site names” (Denise Caruso).
- Rapid, heated discussion.
For my purposes today, I will use the first definition. So, this crossfire is not a place where you want to be. The same is true for your king.
Sometimes the crossfire has to set up. The orignial puzzle can be found here.
