all titled players cheat i think it is their ego to not lose to normal amateurs which makes them do it Comment
thing is they are so good at playing chess they ultimately undrstand the tempo of the game and when they feel threatened of losing or they feel the amatuer is using system to win they too cheat it is easily understood when their rating is lower than the rating they are meant to be
How would the titled players cheat when they play 1 minute games everyday?
I believe titled players would hate to lose to amateurs but I also believe they wouldn't cheat to not lose to amateurs. Besides, good players have better chances against great computers rather than great players.
hackers are known only when they are caught so cheaters are known only when they are caught
Let's be clear, any use of assistance (human or silicon) during a game is cheating, no ifs or buts. If a player cheats only rarely, say on one or two moves per game, then you are right that they probably won't be detected.
As for cheating in live chess, I don't think it is possible to cheat in 2-minute games. At longer time controls it is feasible.
and to be precise this blog is meant for live chess
lets define the concept of cheating here using engines for specific moves, moves where the person feels he is in danger of losing cant be exactly caught that to me is also cheating u might feel otherwise
I have gotten two players barred for cheating, so I am aware of the problem. I think there is a disincentive for titled players to cheat because if they are caught then their reputation suffers. If I am caught cheating (which I don't) I'd just start again with another login.
Chess.com is quite vigilant about cheating - people get caught quite often. I have not seen a titled player barred for cheating, have you?
it is for u to decide i said what i felt was right
Could it be that they simply play better than you and me?!
