Teaching the Scotch Game's Classical Variation with Nxc6

Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. Today I decided to create an other blog on the Scotch, because their is an important variation in the Classical I have over looked while talking of the main lines (and almost each time I have black in the Scotch Game's Classical Variation it is played).

Without further ado, lets get started:

The Starting Position of the Nxc6 variation: 

The idea of this move is it to remove all the pressure on the d4 knight by exchanging it. The main problem in my opinion is the result of this exchange is quite drawish:
