The triple exchange sacrifice?!

In GM Georg Mohr's The Exchange Sacrifice Unleashed (Thinker's Publishing 2023), the Slovenian GM noted 'how difficult it is to decide on just one (exchange) sacrifice. We can imagine how much more difficult (and exciting) it is when we sacrifice twice. 3=5 becomes 6=10! Where can this go from here?".  Mohr went on to give a series of very good examples of double exchange sacrifices, classic games of Petrosian to modern top players like Praggnanandhaa. My personal favourite (which he didn't use - perhaps because it is too famous) is this brilliant one from Shirov.

However, I have played a recent online game which had a triple exchange sacrifice occurring , surely a very rare situation. Of course one of the exchange sac must be declined, cos there aren't enough rooks for one to sacrifice three times. Please excuse the (lack of) quality of play - nowhere near the likes of Lautier and Shirov, but that's why they are super GMs (in their time).

Quadruple exchange sac? Anyone?
