I play the sicilian Najdorf as black in response to e4. But at times the variation i choose i think reaches a point where i can't seem to find anything i can do to create activity this is seen more especially in the English attack.
I was looking at a game played by Karjan sergey against Anand in 2006 wik an zee round 1.
1. e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 a6 6.Be3 e5 7.Nb3 Be6 8.f3 Be7 9.Qd2 0-0 10.0-0-0 Nbd7 in the game white continued with
11.g4 b5 12.g5 b4 Here the ideas are a bit straight forward but what exactly does the position after blacks 10th move give as options more especially for Black. Please If any strong player familiar with this can give any recomendations.
