Okay - let me say up front that I give my opponent full credit for the win and tip my hat.  That being said, this was a game where we were completely even throughout, but in time pressure at the end, I actually had a winning position and my opponent chose to "clock" me, rather than accept my draw offer.  And so it goes in tournament chess...
