WHY WOULD A HUMAN WRITE A COMMENT SO EVIL ON MY PROFILE. ITS HURTFUL

writing hurtful message regarding my kids over a chess game.read the comment on my page and tell me if he can be banned for comments like that.

people like this shouldn't be allowed to get away with such harsh comments. really upsetting and wrong. i hope no one has to read a comment like that. some people on this earth really have lost there way, such a shame.
