Tournament Report: MVP Chess K-12 Quads | May 2026 | Alexandria, VA, USA

On May 17, 2026, the MVP Chess K-12 Quads were held at The Link in Old Town. In our new venue, 22 players from Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia competed over the 64 squares. The event used a three-round G/25 d5 quad format, providing competitive games for both experienced players and those competing in their first tournament.

Each section winner received a trophy. All other players received medals. Every student left with a prize to recognize their effort and participation.
