Today's game in Why Lasker Matters was the game that made him famous. In Amsterdam he was playing Bauer and had the following position:
Lasker played 14.Nh5, and after 14..N:h5 we are treated to 15.B:h7+! K:h7 16.Q:h5+ Kg8 17.B:g7! K:g7 18.Qg4+ Kh7 19.Rf3 e5 20.Rh3+ Qh6 21.R:h6+ K:h6 22.Qd7. Taking with the Q first allows Black to get in 15..f5. The full game is below.
