ILyumzhinov claims will sue US Government for 50 billion US$

Kirsan Ilyumzhinov announced today he plans to sue US government for $50 billion US$ for the sanctions against himself and FIDE the International Chess Federation as part of Traesury Dept and Obama Executive Order 13582 against Ilyumzhinov and FIDE and the prohibitions against any US citizen or corporation being able to do business with Ilyumzhinov or FIDE which  prohibits  the doing buisness with FIDe in holding FIDE events in USA.

In related the Las Vegas headquartered World Chess Federation, Inc.  has advised US Government it may sue for triple damages of 150 billion US $ for having issued incontestable US Federal Trademark registration to it for World Chess Federation but defaming WCF by  the executive order which misrepresents that Ilyumzhinov is President of the organization World Chess Federation, Inc which owns Federal Registered TM for "World Chess Federation" or has any connection whatsoever with FIDE, the International Chess Federation. WCF has advised US Government it has no connections with the RICO organization FIDE being used as cover for behind the scenes foreign criminal RICO activities  and no connection with US citizens or corporations and gangsters doing business with RICO criminal enterprise FIDE.
