New training plan

I decided on a new plan approximately 24h/w

30m match on playchess (1h)

20m tactic warming before match

45m endgame technique from books

45m positional work ( skimming theme games from books)

Weekends:

All of above

+30m slow running

+1h calculation practice (some reading on technique or 15m*4 position workout, combination& mate solving)

 

We will see how will these turn out. I will try to obey for 1-2 months at least.
