After school I was posted at the german embassy in Washington D.C. 1969 - 1972, Studied 3 years to be at the german military administration. From 1978 I started as a diplomat at the Auswärtiges Amt. They sent me 1979-1983 to the german embassy at Addis Abeba, 1983-1987 to the german embassy Ouagadougou, 1987 - 1990 to the german embassy in Paaris, 1990-19913german embassy Tokio, 1993-1997 german embasssy Teheran, 1997-2000 Auswärtiges Amt Berlin, 2000-2003 Santiago de Chile, 2003-2007 german embassy San Salvador, 2007-2011 german embassy Astana, 2011-2015 german embassy Dhaka.

I lived as a german citizen since 2011 in Bangladesh for 4 years as a diplomat fro,m ministry of foreign affairs. I worked with my family in many countries like usa, ethiopia, burkina faso,i ran,japan,chile,el salvador,Kasachstan and Bangladesh, each time for 3-4 years. Turkey, aserbaidschan, tadschikistan, tunisie, bahrain, poland, france , austria, jordan, great britain, netherland each time for 3-6 monts, and played chess with all kinds of people. The indian and iranian are by my view the best chess players. The result of my travelling: people, no matter which color or race, want love, friendship, health and work. You find good and bad ones everywhere......

Last year I left in march Myanmar/Yangon and met nice people and high culture religion.

The hotel was very good and the traffic unbelievable.... Corona forced me to leave the country after 2 months.

202I worked at the german consulat in vienna up to chrismas time.

2023 worked at the german consulat in London and Amsterdam as a “Visaentscheider”.

2024 again in Vienna for 3 months.

Slowly I will retire and taking care of our grandchild….
