Hello, my name is Rick and I am a Christian since 1981. I have been saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone as my Lord and Savior. I was brought under conviction that I am a sinner because I broke God's law and saw my need of God's mercy and grace when God opened my eyes to see. I have been declared justified by God and it's through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, up to and including death upon a cross and the truth that Jesus rose alive from the grave to make it so God can justify the ungodly. I am married with 4 kids and love them very much. My goal in life is to live in a manner which brings God glory. I am thankful to play chess. I have a brain tumor and am disabled, but I trust God for strength. I ask of you if you are not a Christian to consider how much God loves you for it says in the Bible in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. " Jesus died on the cross for us for we are all sinners and the only way to have a relationship with God is through faith or believing with all your heart in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jesus will save you today if you confess that you're a sinner and call out to Him for saving grace. " For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God. not a result of works, so that no one may boast. " Ephesians 2:8,9
