Dreev, Alexei

Alexei (Alexey) Sergeevich Dreev is a Russian Grandmaster (1990) who was World Under-16 champion (1983-84).  He began to play and study chess at age 6.  In 1986, he won the USSR Junior Championship.  He was European Junior Champion in 1988.   In 2005, his peak Elo rating was 2705.  In 2004, he finished 3^rd in the Russian championship.  He is currently rated 2633.
