also, here is a new match in registration against a new opponent. They have a fairly large group, so this should fill in nice: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/1218038
Unless we can get a couple ~1600 rated players in this match, we are going to have trouble against this team. They are currently beating us in another match...would like to balance the power: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/extremely-fast-correspondence-players/1212602
So I check everyone's stats to make sure they qualify for being here. I just checked the stats of one of our original members. They haven't played a daily game in months. So while they still appear online and play blitz, this is a daily correspondence group, not a blitz/bullet/rapid group. So do I kick them out like the rest? Or do they stay since they aren't technically inactive?
I unlocked the registration on this one. I hate it when a team doesn't fill the roster, then after you lock up, they pile in more people...that happened here, come help destroy them: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/1212602
and another match! But this one is against a fairly large team...we could use some extra players here! U1800: https://www.chess.com/club/matches/extremely-fast-correspondence-players/1215692
Some of you may wonder why we aren't growing as a group. This is an invite only group for a reason. If you aren't playing chess on a regular basis (in the last month), you get booted. If you don't maintain a relatively quick average move speed, you get booted. If you cheat, you'll get found out and then booted. Not trying to be negative, these rules are here because that is the reason we like this group, everyone plays fast and fair
