There's a decent skill gap between a 1300 and a 1600 that isn't just who plays more games. I mean, one can tell just by watching a 1300 play a 1600 that they're more skilled. It's not like a *huge* skill gap per se, but it's noticeable

just an opinion but i think its just who plays more games seriously but a 1300 and 1600 playing would match skill level
