How can I make my club an official club?

I just sent an announcement to Egypt Chess Club and it often happens that club members confirm that they did not receive the announcement in their messages. My question here is why did the announcement not appear in the Alerts instead of sending it in private messages to members? This leads to annoyance and thus I get banned from them. https://www.chess.com/club/egypt-chess-club/announcements

TCMAC 2025-2026 SEASON IS STARTING! The Official league TCMAC is pleased to announce the start of the 2025-2026 season. TCMAC Leagues are daily chess, either 3, 2 or 1 day per move. Leagues will start in September, October and November, with one or two leagues starting each week. We are moving to a regular cadence for round announcement, such that for most leagues, new rounds will be announced on Fridays. We will also use a live website for tracking match results. Please review the TCMAC rules before signing up. Be sure that clubs are able to meet the minimum number of boards for the leagues you are registering, and that club admins monitor TCMAC forums and news announcements. Clubs should not change their name after the season starts. We will open registration for three leagues now, and then in September four more leagues, and 4 more in October. The leagues will start in the month following registration. After joining TCMAC, register your club at the link in the TCMAC club header if you would like to participate in any of the following leagues. In each case provide the club name and link, name of one or two active admins, and which league or leagues you wish to join. LEAGUE  SEASON FORMAT Arena 960 S3 Open, 960, 5+ players Battle Of The Legions S4 Open, std, 10+ or 5+ players Centurion U1800 S5 U1800, std, 5+ players These three leagues all use 3 days per move. I use the 'Edit Forum Topic" capability to manage leagues and update the results tables.  Just now I can't seem to update the forum thread any more, as I get a message "That is not allowed. Please try again."   Of course, trying again is no different.  It's not clear WHAT is not allowed.   This is a new 'feature', I was previously able to update forums like this.  Is there a way to find out what the problem is?

Allowing players to disable all of the different ways possible to interact with them ( announcement, notes, forums, upcoming events ,etc..) is one of the main reasons of inactivity in clubs. Some players have no idea at all about what is happening in their clubs especially those who don’t really use the website . In my opinion players should not be able to disallow upcoming event notifications and announcements.

Hello everyone, I really really 🙏🙏 need an admin who can help invite new members. My club was a bit quiet for a while, but now it's coming up little by little. So recently, @NextDev2 has been announcing a lot of partnerships with this club, and all of them have way less members than CU itself. I understand the reason they are doing this to try and gain activity, but I have 2 questions for them:   1. Why are you not going to clubs your size to partner with? 2. What is the absolute minimum number of members the club has for you to consider a partnership with CU? (Assuming the club has 100% activity rate of course)

Hi all, I had to set up a bunch of VCs against other clubs for a league event, but I couldn't make a custom start time for the event. I thought it was that the VC didn't start until both sides locked their rosters? If someone can clarify for me that would be amazing.
