Hello students, welcome to our first class! I am Professor Nguyen, and today we will be studying Mandrakes! As you may know, Mandrakes were used when the Chamber of Secrets was last opened, since Mandrakes helped cure the victims who were petrified at the time. We have some baby Mandrakes here so put on some ear defenders, because they are a bit noisy, but before you do that, I need to tell you what to do. When you’re ready, pull it out by the part where the leaves are sticking out. The Mandrake will start crying. Move them into the bigger pot so that they can grow. As soon as you’re finished, the lesson is done. Homework: To write one page of Mandrakes and their purposes.

*enters class* **looks at all the students* *clears throat* Good afternoon to the future witches and wizards. I’m Professor Snape- … *ahem* I mean I’m Professor Lotus and as you all are aware of, this is our first class of Defence against Dark arts, acronym DADA. Since it is the first class, I will introduce a group of small, amazing looking creature…. *takes the cloth off the cage* Pixie ! *Pixies start making shrill noises and tries to fly out of the cage* As you can see, they are electric-blue in colour, about eight inches high, have pointed faces and voices so shrill that it feels like listening to lot of budgies arguing. Now you may think that why is professor showing us such innocent looking creatures in class meant to know about Dark arts and how to defend yourself from it. Well, these innocent looking creatures are mischief-making magical beast. They love chaos. The pixie is able to fly, and enjoy lifting people up by their ears and depositing them on the tops of trees and buildings, showing incredible strength for creatures of their tiny size. It can also steal things. Pixies can only communicate with other pixies. Now imagine how chaotic this class will become if I opens the cage. Some of you will be seen hanging on the chandelier, some of you will have your book’s pages torn, some of you will be robbed of your wand. So… what if you were having a nice walk and suddenly you saw a group of pixies flying towards you ?

Hello, this is your first class of the year! I am proffesor Dumbledore and will be teaching you magical theory. This isn't typically on the curriculum of hogwarts students, but I feel that it is an important bit of knowledge that all people should know. The way this class is going to be set up is I will give a short lecture and then make a quiz so that I can test your knowledge! In todays lesson we will be learning about how exactly magic came around to be and what came up out of it! Although no one knows for sure when or how exactly Magic came to be we can know that it did come some time around when the world was created approximatly 6 to 10 thousand years ago. Magic is a supernatural force that changes aspects of the world at fundamental levels. We assume that when creatures (such as elephants and cod) were made magical creatures (such as Phoenixes and Flobberworms) were also created. The similar thing happend with plants. But real magic (one that is used to make spells and potions) is within a human. It is not a organ or part of the body, but more like the soul and mind, a non-physical object that is passed down from generation to generation. This brings up the question: Why does some people have magic and others don't? A simple answer to that would be, take genetics. If a persons mom has red hair and dad has black hair (assuming that they are both fully red or black-haired and not mixed) there is a 50/50 chance of having red or black hair. Similar to magic, when the first people came to be there may have been a percent of them that had magic and eventually one person would show magic while the majority wouldn't. Also magic would eventually die off (nearly) completely when they reproduced with non-magic people (muggles) for many generations. Pure blood families may have originated from one human that had full magic blood in him. I know this is a lot to take in for the first lesson but it is important to know how we came to be the way we are now, and where it comes from. A continuation of this topic will be held in the next lesson and I am thinking about how best to make the quiz right now so it won't be avaliable yet. Good morning everyone. I am Professor Rook and will be taking Transfiguration for you all. Today, that is our 1st class we will be learning a vanishing spell. Incantation of the spell is Evanesco. Spell it ev-an-ES-ko. Repeat after me. Evanesco. *Students Evanesco* Good. Hand movement - What is the effect? It simply vanishes objects. It vanishes both animate and inanimate objects into non-being which is to say everything. It is a important subject and will be asked at your OWLS. Invertebrates like snails can be rather simple but mammals like mouse are tough. The greatest challenge was a cat and our ex student Hermione Granger was the 1st to manage to do it in her mid-year. Ahh such an excellent student she was. And back to the subject- Certain objects could be enchanted to resist the spell, such as fireworks. Fred and George Weasley charmed their Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes fireworks so that anyone attempted to vanish them will fail but not only that but it had been multiplied by ten each time. Those cheeky b*stards. Okay that is all for today, any doubts shall be clarified and there will be a quiz session soon in the comments and 5 points per correct answer and 5 negative per wrong answer. ...which is strange, because the first time I took the test I was put into Gryffindor (if you're confused, the 1st time was ages ago). I'll leave the headmaster in charge of picking what I will teach. Ik there'll be a lot of people wanting to teach D.A.D.A, so I'll sign up for either Defense Against The Dark Arts, Divination, or Herbology (IDK much on Herbology so It's either D.A.D.A. or Divination). Professor Dumbledore will decide. Also, During classes please call me 'Professor Night' (it's my last fictional name). My real (fictional) name is MurkaPN, fully written as Murka Potter Night. When talking to other teachers and Professor Dumbledore ( @TheDodoKing101 ) I prefer to be called MurkaPN, or if you need to hurry just Murka. Friends call me just Murka. ( @MurkaPN is back ).

I made a forum a month ago warning everyone that I will kick you if you don't respond but then I went on vacation so this is your last chance, one week from now, anyone who wants to stay in the club has to say so I already know a few of you are and thank you for it. ALSO: The club will be undergoing several changes once we have enough members, at 20 I'll start sorting people. At 50 I will apoint heads of houses and making 4 clubs (Gryffindor, Sltherien, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw) and only members of these houses can be in them, I will also start doing Trivia and other minigames at 50, at 100 I'll make a discord so if you want to talk to each other you'll be able to. Also, I will try to make classes, activities, and other wizarding things avaliable regularly (such as creating a Ministry, letting people write articles about Magical Creatures and making HP Fan Theories) and resume the points system. I created this club (on my other account @Phoenixofice484) around a year and a half ago, I made a points system and classrooms and many other different things for my fellow Potter heads to enjoy. I made it competitive yet fun and I think most of you enjoyed it. We were growing rapidly reaching 60 members before last summer when everything went dark. Forces beyond my understanding (cheaters and black mailers) started harassing me because I had reported them and warned the chess.com community about them. I was sent threats and things of the sort and I felt I had enough of it and closed my account. I did not return to the club or chess.com for a very long time because I didn't feel like playing chess and was really busy. Now I have returned and I found the club, with several teachers not being on for months, some of my best friends on chess.com were not online at all and it was devastating. I am now apologizing for leaving so abruptly without warning you guys, I really feel like I should have said something and gave direction to the club, you were my best online friends and it was lots of fun, now I think that we should close this club, but now for good! We can restart, as a new club but this time with already several members, we can reach out to our new friends and still interact, it will never be the same, but we can try. I already have several ideas and hope some of you will find them appealing. If anyone...ANYONE is interested in restarting with me I will make a new club and promote each of you from this club who join to SA and the first 6 will be headmasters (and headmistresses) alongside me! So if you are interested comment: expelliarmus and I will make a new club as soon as one of you responds.
