Although not easy to determine, try to set the maximum players to the number of players that can reasonably be expected.
- The tournament can fill before it reaches the 90 day registration limit and is deleted.

There will be a bye in the first round.

It has been done twice. In the absence of any more tournaments it appears the loophole was closed.
