Honestly how are puzzle ratings decided. I've seen 1000 rated puzzles that should be 2000+ rated, and 2000+ rated puzzles that should be rated around 800-1000
I'm pretty sure puzzles are created by computers, and their ratings are determined by success rate. I'm not sure what happened with these puzzles but generally speaking computer-generated puzzles will occasionally be inaccurately judged by their rating.
