people be overleveleed

you just gotta make sure you don't over commit and probably rocket cycle in the end

they probably have overlevelled zap or something 

and literally everyone has all these legendarys and cards from higher arenas

like I literally just faced against a night witch

Yeah, or they're OGs that just suck at the game. Many legendaries have changed to different arenas, so they could have just gotten the legendary when it was in a lower arena.
