I why was I message that I was being challenged to vote chess

@StrangPawnRobert, Oh! Now I understand. I, as a super admin of this club, challenged the club you are admin at. Every super-admin and admin in that club got that notification. In the notification (screenshot) 'you' means the whole club. If you have clicked 'View the Challenge' you might have understood that.
