When people were registering they then made a spreadsheet giving the link to everyone and asked if their name was there or not

Don't you understand? Use this Google Form and then report the incident.... Also ask the staff @Juditstrzaray if you want to.... If they say they cannot do anything about it now, then fill up your name again in the same form

Your nationality has nothing to do with your registration. If you registered on time and can't find yourself on the document, ask the staff via email for instance, as several have pointed out already.
