Nit everyone can set up the same systems you have. The rules are pur in place so people who can't create boards can play. It's a very common situation.
When you don't have a board you can't calculate. It seen as reasonable to be expected to visualise half a ply but no more.
@musketeerchess2017,why are you being so mad about this rule?Sometimes people can't calculate that far,so they ask for the moderator to update the board.It is the same thing like when you are playing in a tournament,and your opponent makes a illegal move,you don't keep your time ticking while you are calling the arbiter,you pause the clock.
