How do I defeat the advance variation of the caro?

So as you may or may not know, I have been studying the caro mainly for black. I was wondering how to defeat the caro, i.e. brilliant ways to attack or have theory for me. I also know the Botvinnik thingy variation, Tal, and barely anything of the Bf5, maybe about 2-3 moves. I don't want to go deep into it, but I would like to somehow counter the pawn on e5.

I mean wing gambit is maybe an option... Or was that for the French my memory is crap today

C5 is a fun line instead of being the bishop out
