To get a variant on the official rated list (as an NCV), it must first be submitted to the testing team for review. Then, it would undergo testing and would have to be voted by the majority of the team to be accepted. Normally we use variants.world, but since it currently has an issue you should refer to this for details on how to submit it.

OH @ChessMasterGS I DIDN'T SEE YOU EATHER MAN, idk just want to get my thing on variants world because i think its nice and unique. (for some reason there aren't alot of edited normal maps)

Please be more specific; there are multiple things that could serve as “codes” for variants.

Oh, I think I know what you mean. That “code” is supposed to be a game link. You can play a game with your variant and post its link into variants.world. However…
Variants.world currently does not function as expected, so please refer to this for details on how to submit the variant.

Game link is just the url when you open the game

So I made a cool map I call "Mediterranean Chess" (name is subject to change) and I think it would be a good fit on because its like regular chess, but I swap the pieces some better some worse and added a couple more to make it a weird game of trying to get your elephants to the right position to win and it can be easier or harder for certain people. (I'm evil too and made it so there alfil riders in places that make them almost useless for capturing pieces like the king or the amazon (in place of the queen)) But here's the problem, I can't put it on to or anything!
