yes we pray from our heart for the people we love or just someone that is going through hard times, anything that happens to us we go and pray bec when praying u can just feel that God is with u, u feel safe, u feel loved, u feel like ur doing something useful for someone, God hears our prayers, He listens to them and He helps us and the people that we r praying for: )
even if sometimes we dont like a person and we count them as 'enemies' we still listen to this verse that says "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy. ' But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:43-45: )
therefore praying for that person is the least that we could do to help rn: ))

Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field in a game vs. the Bengals this evening. It's unclear what happened, though he received CRP on this field by medics. He was taken away on an ambulance. The Bills circled up on the field to pray, many of whom crying. The game is suspended right now with 5:58 remaining in Q1. Send up a prayer for Damar Hamlin that he may make a full recovery!
