This is my NEW "Chess Schedule and Health Chess to limit games".

- 10 or less rated rapid games to prevent tilt

- 5 or less rated (unrated - warm-ups) blitz games

- 10-20 unrated bullet (unrated - improves fundamental and fast vision)

-UNLIMITED PUZZLES ON LICHESS - tactics 100

Chess Schedule (in order, top-bottom), through day/day-half:

  • Puzzle Warm-up
  • 2-3 Unrated Blitz Warm-ups
  • Puzzle Warm-up
  • 1-3 rated rapid games
  • 3-5 unrated bullet
  • 1 -2 rated rapid
  • Puzzles (warm-ups or continuous)
  • More PUZZLES!!
  • 10 unrated bullet matches
  • 1 unrated blitz
  • 3-4 rated rapid
  • puzzles
  • bed happy.png

So you don't care at all but I just want to keep it here for myself. Hehe

No theory? Also I feel like we haven’t interacted in a while so what openings are you playing?

Black:

Sicilian (Most theory I know of in openings), Dutch, Scandinavian, Old Benoni (rare), Nimzo-Indian, KID (rare), caro-kann (a lot theory too)

White:

Vienna, K+Q Fianchetto

and I barely know of each of the white ones so

I play alot in vrchat they have chess servers and many people are high rated just practing with those players I got 100 rapid points. Also consider just playing blitz for a while then get back to rapid it helps. (vrchat has a pc version too) (use NL's chess club)

This is a great plan and I hope you can stick with it.

I personally have the habit of coming up with really elaborate study plans like this but end up burning out in like 2 days.

he's right maybe a rougher schedule would be better at first

Playing rated makes you want to play better, so you win. I wouldn't recommend   to do unrated games since they also match you up against higher rated players

Playing higher rated players is one of the best ways to gain confidence and improve.
