My theory on KNVB

I noticed that Hikaru Nakamura's ICC account is CapilanoBridge, but the flag is of the Netherlands.

I also noticed that the ICC account CapilanoBridge became active playing bullet games at the same time as KNVB was banned.

Is this just a coincidence? 

Nah, KNVB and CapilanoBridge played on ICC.

KNVB account on ICC was not active at the time though.

Who knows, it could have been anyone, including Nakamura. From what I have seen though, its just a strong club player who is very quick.
