maybe make archer queen 4 elixir, but special ability 2 elixir to activate, 20% damage reduction when in special ability,  but special ability lasts 0.5 seconds longer 

That makes some sense.

But I think she would actually be stronger if you balanced her like that.

She would definitely need a health nerf to accompany that.
